Free shipping is available in Ukraine with Nova Poshta (24-48 hours).
For international orders above €300, we offer free express shipping (6-8 days); orders below €300 incur a €10 fee.
We only deliver door-to-door for international orders and do not ship to PO boxes or pick-up locations.

Always store your 8000atelier jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled. Please bear in mind the following advices when measuring your fingers:
Cut a narrow strip of paper or piece of string and wrap it comfortably around your intended finger.
Mark the end (where it meets).
Match the measurement to the circumference column in the below conversion chart. If it falls between 2 sizes, we advise you to order the larger sizes.
While heat can cause swelling, cold hands can actually shrink. Bear this in mind when measuring to ensure this doesn’t affect your sizing. It’s also worth knowing that thicker bands can feel tight. Consider sizing up when it comes to chunkier styles.
