Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All products are shipped worldwide from Ukraine via EMS Express (6-10 business days).
We offer free shipping in Ukraine via Nova Poshta courrier service (24-48 hours)
We offer free express shipping (6-8 days) for all International orders above EUR300. Your shipping fee for all orders below EUR300 is EUR10.
For now, we only offer door-to-door courrier delivery for International orders. We do not ship to PO boxes and pick-up locations.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
8000atelier is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
How can I track my order?

Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you got from info@8000atelier.com. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam. Once your item arrives to the destination country, you can track it via your national postal carrier. If the letter is nowhere to be found we're always happy to help info@8000atelier.com
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@8000atelier.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Dear customers, due to the current situation in Ukraine there may be occasional delays in delivery. These are beyond our control, but rest assured that we will do our best to deliver your order in the briefest timeframe possible.
Returns & Refunds
Since we're an emerging brand with a small team, our return processing capacities are limited and not yet automated. If you wish to return an item, please message us on info@8000atelier.com and we will provide you all the necessary instructions. We would like to point out that the return postage fees are at the customer's expense.
Kindly note that earrings are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons.
